hi is it possible to disable Command–Space to prevent spotlight/emoji window from opening?

You can change what any keyboard shortcut does. I don’t think that shortcut is unable to be modified. Just go into settings.

I always advise people try to learn how to do things how macOS is set up by default because usually it’s easier to do them that way once you learn them. Windows users will sometimes try to make macOS like Windows then feel like it sucks because it does.
 
Yes. In System Settings, search for Keyboard Shortcuts, then click on Spotlight, then uncheck Show Spotlight search.

Thanks but now it opens the emoji window, i updated the first post, i can't find how to disable this

I agree, when you use third party tools to make stuff like windows, imo it's not reliable and feels weak, but i haven't try a lot of stuff for this case.
But if settings are built-in, i (would) like to do it

It suspect you've made other shortcut changes, possibly in the Modifier Keys category. I would start with clicking the Restore Defaults button in that category to see if that fixes your problem. It's best to stick with the defaults, especially for Modifier Keys.
