Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) starts today with the traditional keynote kicking things off at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. MacRumors is on hand for the event and we'll be sharing details and our thoughts throughout the day.

We're expecting to see a number of software-related announcements led by a design revamp across Apple's platforms that will also see the numbering of all of them unified under "26" branding. We should also be hearing more about Apple's AI initiatives, although perhaps a bit more restrained compared to last year's ambitious unveilings that have yet to fully come to fruition.

Apple is providing a live video stream on its website, on YouTube, and in the company's TV and Developer apps across its platforms. We will also be updating this article with live blog coverage and issuing Twitter updates through our @MacRumorsLive account as the keynote unfolds. Highlights from the event and separate news stories regarding today's announcements will go out through our @MacRumors account.

is anybody actually hyped for this given how lackluster and half-baked their software has been lately

I'm mildly curious, and I find Apple's presentations so much better than Samsung's presentations (I watched their event last July was was really bored). I wish they would go back to a live studio audience and have some snarky comments themselves (Federighi was great at that in the 20-teens) but I still have a few apple products to the point where WWDC makes me wonder what apple has in mind.

Wooo, it's time to get STOKED for the Apple videos, showcasing the ALL NEW OS '26. These are the BEST, MOST POWERFUL, MOST CAPABLE OSes that Apple has ever released.

Oh, and one more thing, the ALL NEW OS '26 now features an incredible LIQUID GLASS design language. This beautiful new design is a delight to see and will create ALL NEW experiences for customers. Stay tuned for these INCREDIBLE update videos!

Does anyone know when Apple records these video presentation since WWDC 2021? How far or near from the date of WWDC of that year?

I'm looking forward to it.
I have a M2 Mac and potentially a M4 Mini, wanting to up my macOS game and improve life. I'm hoping to see some nice improvements.

I have no idea how Apple works (in my mind, these are in the can a couple of weeks out). But in the world I work in, we'll be making edits minutes before the stream goes live. 🤪

Edit: I too would like to know their production schedule. Amongst other things, I'm a process nerd.
