Apple Releases watchOS 5.2.1 With ECG Functionality for Additional European Countries

Okay if you hop over to the US and buy an AW S4 there the ECG function will work anywhere. It's what I did.

After updating the Watch OS, nearly all of the large middle complications were removed, including my favorite one by Dark Sky. Anyone else experience this issue? Any suggestions how to get the complications back?
