Almost, but not quite. As per usual, Apple keeps a few neat tricks exclusive to the AirPods Pro.

• MagSafe charging case, yes this PBP 2 has Qi wireless charging, but doesn't have the magnetic alignment nor Watch charger compatible. It's important to me as I charge it many times with my 3-in-1 Qi2 nightstand and Qi2 powerbank.
• Superior IP54 rating for the AirPods Pro. This PBP 2 only has IPx4
• Adaptive Noise Cancelling and Conversation Awareness is still exclusive to AirPods Pro despite the fact that they share the same H2 chip.

I would trade in my AirPods Pro 2 if not for those lacking features on the new PBP.

Just will keep my AirPods Pro 2 then. Form factor not worth it for me.

These will be a game changer when mowing the lawn, working out or riding. Can't wait to retire my prior gen PBP, they don't hold a charge anymore so it's time. Need to find a good wireless charging pad i think, it's finally time.

I have earlier tried Beats headphones and never been impressed. But this pair are amazing sound. Even better sound than the airpods pro 2. Bass is much better! Gonna be great to try them out while exercising. Just gonna have to find earbuds fitting makes a huge difference in the sound. They are super nice to wear and wont move and inch while moving the head. I used airpods pro 2 while working out, but always have problem while doing jumpropes and punching heavy bag. Also the heart detection in the ear will be great to try out.

If you like airpods pro you going to love powerbeats pro 2.

Yet I find them not as good as my APP2!

Goes to show, you should try for yourself and compare as everyone will be different.
The importance of locked in fit and physical buttons, etc. can make the difference too.
