So after the update the mails did not work (even with trying to set it in Watch app on iPhone again) and reminders were deleted from Watch... Resetting and set up from backup helped and it is working OK now...

12.1.1 and 5.1.2. I think it’s clear now that you have to buy the watch from US and it will have ECG regardless of region or Apple ID.

Add Music, Radio, and Now Playing to the infograph. Those are the complications I actually want and need the most. (Starbucks would be nice too.)
Then I can have 1 single watch face.

When I open Wallet on Watch I can slide left and right to go through different cards including Walgreen’s rewards card.

On Thursday, I was on public beta of 12.1.1. Uninstalled beta profile. Updated. Everything worked fine.
Today, I re-installed the public beta profile. Updated. ECG still worked, but, didn’t show up in Health app.
Soooo, I uninstalled the beta profile,........
